What do you think when you step into the greenhouse in the morning?
“Could I fit in even more roses here? We always want to do more. My brother does most of the work in the greenhouse, but I always walk around a couple of times a day to see how things are going. And to enjoy the view, of course.”

Who did you last cut Avalanche+® roses for yourself?
“For my wife. When you grow roses yourself, you automatically become more critical about flowers. She really only wants Avalanche+® nowadays."

How do you most enjoy seeing your roses used?
“I like seeing them at the florist, but it’s also nice to see them on TV. And someone recently told me he’d seen our roses in Russia. I found it really touching to hear they are appreciated elsewhere as well.”

What is your best Avalanche+® moment?
“Avalanche+® is known for its excellent lifespan, with a vase life of up to 2 weeks. Recently I had a lighting man who said that the roses that I’d given him three weeks earlier were still looking good. That made me proud.”
